Explanation and/or demonstration of the product offered shall be accurate and complete, in particular with regard to price and, if applicable, credit price, terms of payment, cooling-off period and assurance on after sales services and delivery.

Executives shall provide accurate and under standard answers to all questions form customers concerning the product and offer.
